Job Summary :
We are looking for an HR Generalist to handle our daily human resources tasks. In this role, you will focus heavily on finding and screening top talent, managing the interview process, and organizing training programs to help our team grow.
Key Responsibilities :
- The HR Generalist will lead the end-to-end recruitment process by managing job postings, sourcing talent, and conducting initial resume screening and phone interviews to shortlist high-quality candidates.
- Beyond hiring, the role focuses heavily on employee growth by identifying skills gaps, organizing and executing training and development programs, and supporting structured onboarding for new hires.
- Additionally, the position serves as a central point of contact for daily HR operations, helping to resolve employee inquiries and fostering a supportive workplace environment.
Pay: ₹3,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month
