Hiring: Business Development Executive (BDE) – Interior Design & Modular Furniture

Vivan Designers is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate qualified leads, and contribute to the expansion of our Interior Design and Modular Furniture division.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify new business opportunities through various channels.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, architects, builders, channel partners, and referral sources.
Conduct client meetings to understand project requirements and present company offerings.
Perform site visits and coordinate with internal teams for project discussions.
Ensure timely follow-up of leads and conversion opportunities.
Prepare and present project proposals and quotations in coordination with the design team.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, site visits, and sales activities.
Achieve monthly business development and revenue targets.
Candidate Profile
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management abilities.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and proactive approach towards business development.
Prior experience in Interior Design, Modular Furniture, Real Estate, Construction, or related industries will be preferred.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and suitability)
Mobile/Phone Reimbursement
Travel Allowance (TA)
Performance-Based Incentives (to be finalized after evaluation of initial performance)
