About the Role
Airexon Global Technologies Private Limited is seeking an experienced and highly organized Project Manager to lead end-to-end software development projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing project planning, client communication, team coordination, budgeting, timelines, risk management, and successful project delivery. This role requires a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between clients and technical teams while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from project initiation to successful delivery.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, conducting meetings, gathering requirements, and providing regular project updates.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver multiple web, mobile, cloud, AI, and enterprise software projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate and guide developers, designers, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
- Define project scope, milestones, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Prepare project plans, sprint schedules, status reports, risk assessments, and project documentation.
- Manage project budgets, resource utilization, cost estimation, and financial tracking.
- Identify project risks, resolve issues proactively, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct project review meetings, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective sessions.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through professional communication and timely delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies where applicable.
- Collaborate closely with Solution Architects, Business Development Managers, and Technical Leads to define optimal project strategies.
- Drive continuous process improvements and implement best practices in project execution.
Required Skills
- 3–6+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in an IT Services or Software Development company.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience managing Web Development, Mobile App Development, Cloud, SaaS, AI, and Enterprise Software projects.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methodologies.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Exceptional client handling, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
- Good understanding of modern software technologies, APIs, databases, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and software architecture concepts.
- Ability to interpret technical discussions and effectively communicate them to clients and business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or Agile certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience working with international clients is preferred.
- Familiarity with budgeting, contract management, resource planning, and project forecasting.
