Job Overview
Orphic is looking for a confident, target-driven, and growth-oriented Sales Executive to generate leads and convert potential customers for Orphic Design.
The selected candidate will be responsible for counselling students, generating admissions for Orphic Education courses, and acquiring new designing and digital marketing projects for Orphic Design.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication, follow-up, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, references, networking, and other channels.
- Counsel students about the courses and training programs offered by Orphic Education.
- Understand students’ career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Generate new business leads for Orphic Design’s graphic designing, branding, social media marketing, website, packaging, and digital marketing services.
- Contact potential businesses, companies, institutions, and entrepreneurs.
- Understand client requirements and introduce suitable design and marketing solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and consultation calls.
- Prepare and share proposals, quotations, and service packages.
- Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, prospects, and existing clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, admissions, meetings, and conversions.
- Coordinate with the design, marketing, and operations teams for smooth client onboarding.
- Achieve monthly admission, sales, and revenue targets.
- Provide regular sales and lead-conversion reports to management.
Requirements
- Strong communication, counselling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Ability to generate leads and consistently follow up with prospects.
- Target-driven and growth-focused mindset.
- Good understanding of sales and customer relationship management.
- Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp communication, meetings, and field visits when required.
- Ability to understand student and business-client requirements.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and designing services will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and social media platforms is preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, education counselling, admissions, or digital marketing sales is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales skills may also apply.
Experience
- 1+ year of experience in sales, business development, admissions counselling, or a related role is preferred.
