About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the education sector, including schools, coaching institutes, and colleges. This is a high-impact, target-driven role for someone who is passionate about sales, team leadership, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Generate qualified leads through various channels
- Conduct product demonstrations for prospective clients
- Assign targets to team members and track their performance
- Mentor and guide the team in closing deals effectively
- Monitor sales activities, pipelines, and conversions
- Build strong relationships with clients in the education sector
- Continuously improve sales strategies and processes
Candidate Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in software/solution sales
- Prior experience as a Sales Manager or Team Lead is mandatory
- Experience in the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes) preferred
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Highly motivated, passionate, and goal-oriented individual
