About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Team Manager to lead and supervise a team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in managing teams effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Age above 35 years.
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (Read, Write, and Speak).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent email drafting and professional correspondence skills.
- Proven experience in team management and leadership.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
- Conduct team meetings and ensure effective communication across departments.
- Handle client communications through emails, calls, and meetings.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and performance reviews.
- Coordinate with management to implement business strategies.
- Resolve employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure operational efficiency and adherence to company policies.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
