Job Summary
Dustech Engineers Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager to lead business development activities in the Industrial and HVAC sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, leading the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Manage relationships with consultants, contractors, OEMs, and end users.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor the sales team to improve performance.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales orders.
- Coordinate with design, production, and project teams for smooth execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collections and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 10–12 years of experience in Industrial Sales, HVAC, Ventilation Systems, Industrial Fans & Blowers, or related industries.
Key Skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Proven experience in B2B and project sales.
- Good technical understanding of HVAC systems, industrial fans, blowers, and ventilation equipment.
- Ability to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
