The ideal candidate will be responsible for communicating with prospective customers, generating leads, handling inquiries, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our products and services.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Resolve customer queries and provide excellent customer support.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Strong interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
Preferred Skills
- Telecalling or Customer Support experience.
- Sales and lead generation knowledge.
- CRM knowledge is an added advantage.
