Job Title: Operations Executive

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operational tasks, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities and workflows
- Maintain and update records using Excel/Spreadsheets
- Prepare reports, MIS, and data summaries for management
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors as required
- Assist with basic accounting entries, invoices, and reconciliations
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (Commerce/Business preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data entry)
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in an operations or administrative role is a plus
