Eagle Eye Security is a professional security services provider operating in Kanpur, delivering trained and disciplined manpower for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We are expanding our team and looking for reliable, physically fit candidates to join as Security Guards.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor entry and exit points; verify visitors, vehicles, and deliveries
- Conduct regular patrolling of assigned premises
- Operate CCTV systems and report any suspicious activity immediately
- Maintain visitor logs, gate registers, and incident reports
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or security breaches
- Enforce site rules and access control protocols
- Coordinate with local police/control room in case of incidents
- Assist with traffic and crowd management when required
Requirements
- Age: 21–55 years
- Education: Minimum 8th/10th pass
- Height: Minimum 5'6" (preferred)
- Physically fit, alert, and disciplined
- Prior security/ex-servicemen/police background preferred but not mandatory
- Willing to work in rotational shifts (day/night)
- Local candidates from Kanpur and nearby areas preferred
Skills
- Basic communication in Hindi (English is a plus)
- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly
- Good observation and reporting skills
- Punctual and trustworthy
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: ₹8000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and site)
- Uniform provided
- Overtime/duty allowance (if applicable)
