Position Overview
The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing safe, compassionate, and evidence-based nursing care while maintaining patient safety and professional standards. The role requires good clinical knowledge, communication skills, teamwork, and the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
Clinical Care
- Provide nursing care as per physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Assess, monitor, and document patient condition accurately.
- Administer medications safely and assist in procedures and emergencies.
- Prepare patients for diagnostic and surgical procedures.
- Follow infection control practices at all times.
Patient Safety
- Follow patient identification and safety protocols.
- Report adverse events and medication errors promptly.
- Ensure safe handling of equipment and biomedical waste.
Patient & Family Education
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment, medications, and discharge instructions.
- Offer compassionate support throughout the hospital stay.
Emergency Response
- Respond promptly during medical emergencies.
- Assist in Code Blue and resuscitation procedures.
- Support stabilization and transfer of critically ill patients.
Documentation & Coordination
- Complete nursing records accurately and on time.
- Work closely with doctors and other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain respectful communication and professional conduct.
Quality & Infection Control
- Follow hand hygiene and aseptic techniques strictly.
- Participate in audits, training, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications Essential
- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution with valid nursing registration.
- Good clinical knowledge and patient care skills.
- ACLS/BLS certification.
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in ICU or Critical Care
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
