We are hiring a motivated and professional Freight Broker with excellent spoken and written English communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating freight movement, negotiating rates with carriers, managing customer relationships, and ensuring timely deliveries.
The candidate must be confident communicating with clients, truck drivers, and logistics partners, primarily in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage freight shipments efficiently
- Communicate with shippers, carriers, and customers professionally
- Negotiate freight rates and secure transportation services
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
- Build and maintain relationships with carriers and clients
- Resolve transportation and delivery issues promptly
- Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation
- Meet daily and weekly performance targets
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English is mandatory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with logistics software
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle customer interactions professionally
- Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or sales is preferred
Pay: ₹22,346.78 - ₹30,458.57 per month
