- Greet guests upon arrival, assist with check-ins/check-outs, and provide information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints, concerns, and inquiries, working with departments like housekeeping and maintenance to resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate arrivals, special requests, and amenities for VIP guests and long-stay guests.
- Proactively seek guest feedback during their stay and manage online reputation by reviewing comments.
- Act as a bridge between guests and departments (housekeeping, F&B) to deliver personalized services.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
