Job Description: Executive / Senior Executive Accounts Executive
Position Overview:
The Senior Accounts Executive at Neovation will manage end-to-end accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes across national and international domains.
The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of international payments and international banking processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Accounting Operations & Transaction Management:
- Manage all national and international accounting transactions with precision and timeliness.
- Oversee the opening and closing of accounts and ensure timely reconciliation of financial statements.
- Verify, allocate, post, and reconcile transactions across multiple accounts.
- Ensure accurate, timely, and relevant financial reporting and analysis.
International Banking & Payments Management
- Manage international vendor payments and foreign currency remittances in compliance with regulations.
- Coordinate with banks to ensure timely execution of cross-border transactions and forex deals.
- Monitor exchange rates and optimize foreign currency conversions to minimize financial risk.
- Maintain accurate records of international payments, SWIFT copies, and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile foreign bank accounts and ensure accuracy in ledger postings and forex gains/losses.
- Stay updated with regulatory changes related to cross-border payments and banking compliance.
Compliance & Regulatory Alignment:
- Maintain compliance with Indian and international financial regulations and tax laws (including Singapore, UK, UAE, etc.).
- Support company-wide adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and audit requirements.
- Act as the point of contact for accounting-related audits, queries, and inspections.
Process Improvement & Internal Controls:
- Develop, implement, and document accounting policies and business processes to strengthen internal controls.
- Recommend improvements to accounting systems and procedures in line with best practices and evolving regulatory standards.
- Assist in the implementation and optimization of accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems).
Cross-functional & International Collaboration:
- Support internal departments by managing invoicing and payment processes with corporate partners.
- Coordinate communication for all accounting processes, including international payments and reconciliations.
- Manage currency exchange calculations and conversions with awareness of international forex standards.
Financial Documentation & Payroll:
- Prepare accurate balance sheets, invoices, and other financial statements as needed.
- Manage payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance with company taxation and PF guidelines.
- Assist with GST filing and related tax obligations, where applicable.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Attitudes:
Core Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Intermediate or advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
- Expertise in using accounting platforms such as Tally and ERP software.
- Advanced knowledge of financial documentation, reporting, and payroll management.
Knowledge:
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years of accounting and finance experience in a corporate environment.
- Sound understanding of domestic and international taxation policies and currency exchange principles.
- Experience in handling all statutory tax requirements (PF, PT, ESIC etc.).
- Beneficial to have GST filing experience.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
