About the Role
We are looking for Business Consultants to join our research team. We need people to share their personal experiences and thoughts on a variety of different topics based on your professional or personal life in a survey format.
As a Business Consultants, your job is simple: you will look at questions about daily challenges and share your point of view based on your own life and experiences. There are no right or wrong answers—we are looking for your honest, individual feedback in a survey format. We are seeking individuals from all professional backgrounds, industries, and experience levels (including freshers) to share their honest experiences and daily workplace bottlenecks.
This is a fully remote, part-time, and completely flexible role. You only participate when a research project matches your specific profile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer simple survey questions based on your profile.
- Provide objective, feedback by grading whether these problems are high, medium, or low impact based on what you have seen, felt, or experienced in your professional or personal life.
- We need your own, personal perspective. Your opinion is the most important part of this task. You get paid regardless of your response.
Compensation
Survey Payouts: ₹100 to ₹500 per completed research campaign (depending on the depth and target profile requirement).
Zero Financial Risk: Absolutely no upfront deposits, fees, or long-term commitments are required from you at any stage.
Payment Method: Payment will be made via Google Pay or UPI.
Growth Trajectory
Career Progression (SME Consultation): High-performing contributors will be invited to join our premium tier as Subject Matter Experts. In this tier, you will be matched with corporate clients for exclusive 1-on-1 virtual consultations, paying ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 per 1-hour session.
Requirements
For Validation Consultants: A strong understanding of written English is mandatory to accurately interpret problem statements.
For Subject Matter Experts (1-on-1 Consultations): Fluent, professional spoken English is mandatory for video consultations.
Honesty & Authenticity: You must respond based on your real-world experience.
Open to All: No prior market research experience is needed. Freshers and seasoned corporate professionals are equally welcome to apply.
