Senior Performance Marketer - Google & Meta Ads

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketer with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads. The person should be comfortable handling multiple client accounts and managing campaigns from start to finish.
This is a senior execution role where the selected candidate will work on multiple client projects at the same time. On a regular day, there may be different campaigns running across different clients, industries, budgets, and goals. The person should be able to manage priorities, track performance, and keep things moving in a fast-paced agency environment.
Apart from campaign management, we would also expect this person to guide or mentor junior team members when required. Someone with good ownership, communication, and leadership potential may also grow into a Team Lead / Performance Marketing Lead role in the future.

Manage paid ad campaigns for multiple client accounts.

Work on Meta Ads and Google Ads for lead generation, eCommerce, traffic, and conversion-focused campaigns.

Audit existing ad accounts and identify gaps, issues, and improvement areas.

Plan campaign strategy based on the client’s business, budget, target audience, and goals.

Set up campaigns with proper structure, targeting, budgets, creatives, ad copies, and tracking requirements.

Monitor campaign performance regularly and make changes to improve results.

Handle multiple campaigns and priorities on the same day without losing track of details.

Track important metrics such as leads, conversions, spends, CPL, CPC, CTR, ROAS, and overall campaign performance.

Coordinate with internal teams for creatives, landing pages, tracking, and campaign requirements.

Prepare clear and simple performance updates or reports for internal reviews and client discussions.

Join client calls with the project manager when campaign-related technical explanation is needed.

Share practical suggestions to improve campaign performance, landing page output, and overall marketing funnel.

Guide junior team members on campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and platform-related doubts when required.

3–4 years of hands-on experience in paid ads.

Strong working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

Experience in handling lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.

Experience working in an agency environment or managing multiple brands/clients.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced setup with multiple projects and campaigns running together.

Good understanding of campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, bidding, tracking, and optimization.

Basic knowledge of Google Analytics, pixels, conversion tracking, and GTM.

Understanding of marketing funnels and how paid ads connect with landing pages, leads, sales, and follow-ups.

Ability to read campaign data and make sensible optimization decisions.

Clear communication skills for internal discussions and occasional client calls.

Ability to take ownership of campaign performance and client budgets.

Ability to support or mentor junior team members when needed.

Leadership qualities or the willingness to grow into a team-leading role over time.

Experience with LinkedIn Ads.
We are looking for someone practical, responsible, and confident in managing paid campaigns in an agency environment. The person should be able to handle multiple campaigns, think clearly under pressure, and avoid waiting for constant follow-ups.
This role is best suited for someone who can take ownership, work closely with project managers, explain campaign performance clearly, and help improve results for different client projects.
We would also prefer someone who shows maturity in the way they work - someone who can guide juniors, bring structure to campaign execution, and has the potential to grow into a leadership role in the future.
