We are looking for energetic and sales-driven professionals to join our Branch Banking team as Associate Manager – Acquisition. The role focuses on acquiring new customers for Current Accounts (CA) and Savings Accounts (SA), driving business growth, and building strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Current Account (CA) and Savings Account (SA) customers through field sales, referrals, and lead generation.
- Identify and approach potential customers, including individuals, professionals, traders, and SMEs.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers to achieve monthly acquisition targets.
- Promote the bank's liability products and cross-sell value-added products such as Debit Cards, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, and other banking solutions.
- Conduct market mapping and generate business through corporate visits, local references, and networking activities.
- Ensure high-quality customer onboarding and complete KYC documentation as per regulatory guidelines.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships to enhance customer engagement.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, internal processes, and regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Banking Sales, Branch Banking, CASA Sales, Liability Sales, Retail Banking, or Financial Services.
- Strong sales orientation with a proven track record of customer acquisition.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for customer acquisition and field sales activities.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹560,000.00 per year
