an Interior Designer role blends creative design with technical execution and client management. Typical responsibilities involve space planning, creating 2D/3D layouts, and overseeing projects from concept to final installation.
- Consultation & Sales: Understand client requirements, offer design consultations, and pitch tailored interior solutions (e.g., modular kitchens, living room spaces) to close sales.
- Design & Visualization: Create conceptual designs, 2D floor plans, and 3D visual models using industry-standard software.
- Technical Detailing: Draft accurate working drawings, GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, and elevations.
- Material & BOQ Preparation: Select appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware, and prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) for cost estimates.
- Project Management: Coordinate with vendors, manage procurement, and conduct site supervision to ensure the design aligns with the execution.
- Technical Software: AutoCAD (2D/3D), SketchUp, and 3ds Max / V-Ray for rendering.
- Soft Skills: Client relationship management, strong communication, and problem-solving.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of ergonomics, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) routing, and modular furniture systems
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
