Position Summary
The Sales Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operations of the Wellness Centre, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, promoting cleanliness and discipline, delivering product demonstrations, and achieving sales and customer retention goals. The ideal candidate is a go-getter, highly motivated, sales-driven, and passionate about helping customers improve their health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Convert free demonstrations into sales of wellness products and services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets through in-centre promotions, local marketing activities, and city camps.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive lead generation and customer engagement.
- Implement customer retention initiatives to maximize client lifetime value.
- Execute branding, advertising, and promotional activities to increase awareness and footfall.
- Conduct indoor and outdoor sales activities, including activity camps and community outreach programs.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strong customer relationships.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Camex Wellness and its wellness solutions.
Centre Operations & Housekeeping Supervision
- Open the Centre daily and ensure readiness before client visits.
- Set up the Centre and equipment for client demonstrations and sessions.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, discipline, and a welcoming environment.
- Close the Centre and secure all equipment and records at the end of the day.
Client Management & Counselling
- Maintain accurate client records on a daily basis.
- Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations.
- Educate clients about product features, benefits, and usage.
- Complete all documentation and maintain records systematically.
- Make follow-up calls and conduct local area activities to increase client participation.
- Motivate clients to attend demonstration sessions regularly.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
- Address client concerns professionally and effectively.
Administration & Reporting
- Prepare and submit daily activity and sales reports.
- Maintain records of leads, conversions, customer interactions, and follow-ups.
- Support management with operational and sales-related reporting.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Sales, Retail Sales, Wellness, Healthcare, Medical Devices, Physiotherapy Products, Direct Sales, or Customer Relationship Management is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong sales mindset may also apply.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
