- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding
- Good knowledge of materials — PP, PS, PC, ABS (processing temperatures, behavior, shrinkage)
- Ability to read and follow mold setup sheets and production instructions
- Basic machine troubleshooting skills
- Experience in toy molding / consumer plastic products preferred
- Operate and monitor injection molding machines during production
- Set up machines for new jobs including mold changeovers and parameter setting
- Handle and process plastic materials such as PP, PS, PC, and ABS
- Ensure consistent product quality as per toy specifications (dimensions, finish, color)
- Identify and troubleshoot basic machine or mold issues (short shots, flash, sink marks, etc.)
- Maintain daily production records and report output to supervisor
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the workstation
- Assist with blow molding operations when required
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Basic knowledge or hands-on experience in blow molding
- ITI / Diploma in Plastics Technology, Mechanical, or related field
- Experience working with multi-cavity molds
