Responsibilities
1. Generating Inquiries, Arranging Customer Visits, Making Technical Sales Calls and Studying the requirements of the plant and making proposals & offers related to their industry.
2. Growing sales within assigned customer grid and industry segments.
3. Identify potential customers and decision makers within the client organization Key Account Management.
4. Build relationships with new customers/consultants/regulatory bodies in Industries segment.
5. Excellent customers connect and Cold call as appropriate within the market to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
6. Industry market intelligence. Very knowledgeable of the industry and up-to-date on new/expansion projects.
7. Follow-up with customers regarding order status.
8. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
9. Generate interest for repurchase/Cross Selling and referrals and creation of pipeline from the existing client base
Strong experience in B2B sales
Excellent presentation, negotiation, time management and communication skills with an ability to influence both internally and externally.
Confident, entrepreneurial, results-oriented, able to work under pressure, and self-motivated.
Ability to think outside the box and triage tasks and prioritize efficiently.
A team player with creative thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus. Techsaviness with advanced experience in MS Office Suite particularly word, Excel Sharepoint, Powerpoint is a must
Soft skills & Communication Local / Engg. Language as relationship management.
Qualifications
BE Electronics/ Mechanical/BBA/ B.Com / BSc./BA in any field.
Work Experience in Chemical, Pharma, Dyes & Intermediates, Steel, Power Plants, Textile, Pulp & Paper, Cements, Oil Refineries will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
