Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Operations Engineer to manage customer orders from order entry to final dispatch. The candidate will coordinate with various departments including Production, Materials, Purchase, Sales, and Logistics to ensure smooth execution of orders, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
· Handle customer orders from order entry till dispatch process.
· Coordinate with production, materials, and purchase departments for order execution.
· Follow up with customers and internal teams regarding lead time and order tracking.
· Coordinate with sales engineers regarding customer requirements and updates.
· Manage payment follow-ups and dispatch clearance activities.
· Arrange vehicles and coordinate delivery schedules for timely dispatch.
· Maintain proper communication with customers regarding delivery status and updates.
· Ensure smooth coordination between all departments for operational efficiency.
