Production Press shop Engineer
1.Ensure requirement of personnel, planning, and deployment of manpower.
2. Manage all operational activities of the press shop include- plant capacity utilization, production level, quality objective meeting, plant-related customer coordination, staffing levels, budgets, and financial goals.
3. Plan and implementation of PM schedules.
4. Overall management of the Press shop(100 Ton-600 Ton presses.)
5. Review CA/PA for breakdowns etc.
