We are seeking a customer-focused and professional Customer Support Executive to manage inbound calls from elite or premium members. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service, resolve customer queries efficiently, and build strong relationships by providing personalized support and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls from elite/premium members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Assist customers with account-related inquiries, membership benefits, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, offers, and membership privileges.
- Resolve customer complaints while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary and follow up until resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as quality, productivity, customer satisfaction, and adherence.
- Identify opportunities to promote relevant products, upgrades, or additional services where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and quality guidelines.
