We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead client acquisition efforts, drive cold calling campaigns, and manage long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to convert prospects into loyal clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Present products/services effectively, tailoring solutions to client needs.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve win-win outcomes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet/exceed acquisition targets.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to refine acquisition strategies.
Requirements
Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, or business development.
Strong cold calling and prospecting skills with resilience to handle rejections.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
