Role Overview
We are looking for a smart, presentable, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to manage the front office and handle day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage visitors and calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle front desk operations and greet visitors professionally
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
- Maintain visitor records and reception area
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and appointments
- Support basic administrative and office coordination tasks
- Assist HR/Admin team whenever required
- Ensure smooth office communication and hospitality management
Required Skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to multitask and manage front office activities efficiently
Eligibility
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Reception, Front Desk, or Customer Handling roles
- Graduate or Undergraduate can apply
- Immediate joiners preferred
