CITs are high school graduates with leadership qualities and a passion for inspiring youth. CITs help facilitate programs in incredible countries all around the globe. Most of our CITs are veteran TFT travelers and are role models and leaders. CITs will learn the ins and outs of becoming a counselor and develop valuable skill sets. This is not a paid position.
