Job Summary
A leading travel and tourism company is hiring a Travel Executive / Tour Operations Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, possess excellent itinerary planning skills, and be able to handle customer queries, package costing, and tour operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Create customized domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare holiday package quotations and perform accurate package costing.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines, transport providers, and other travel partners.
- Assist customers throughout the booking process and provide timely support.
- Research destinations, attractions, and travel information using AI tools and online resources.
- Maintain booking records and travel documentation.
- Support basic digital marketing activities and content updates when required.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations, routes, and tourism.
- Strong calculation skills with the ability to prepare accurate package costing.
- Expertise in itinerary creation and tour planning.
- Quick thinking and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of AI tools for travel research and productivity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar creative tools.
- Ability to manage multiple travel inquiries efficiently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
