Boiler Fireman

Qualification:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or Relevant Technical Trade
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor boiler systems safely and efficiently
- Maintain required steam pressure and boiler performance
- Check water levels, fuel supply, valves, pumps, and safety systems regularly
- Perform routine inspection and preventive maintenance of boilers
- Maintain daily boiler operation logs and records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational SOPs
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams during plant operations
- Identify and report any boiler abnormalities or breakdowns immediately
- Support shutdown and startup activities of boiler systems
Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of boiler operations, utilities, and safety procedures
- Basic understanding of pressure gauges, valves, pumps, and steam systems
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Good troubleshooting and monitoring skills
- Responsible, disciplined, and safety-focused attitude
- Experience in manufacturing/process industry preferred
