*Job Summary :
LPO Holidays is looking for a Quality Analyst to monitor, evaluate, and improve the performance of our sales team. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality customer interactions, maintain compliance with company standards, and provide constructive feedback to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor and evaluate inbound/outbound sales calls and follow-ups.
* Conduct call audits based on predefined quality parameters.
* Provide timely feedback and coaching to sales executives.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports.
* Identify gaps in communication, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
* Work closely with Team Leaders and Trainers to improve overall team performance.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
* Maintain audit records and track quality improvement plans.
* Assist in new process implementation and quality initiatives.
* Requirements :
* Graduate in any discipline.
* 1–3 years of experience as a Quality Analyst (Travel, BPO, or Sales process preferred).
* Strong communication and analytical skills.
* Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM systems.
* Ability to identify performance gaps and provide effective feedback.
* Attention to detail and excellent listening skills.
* Preferred Skills:
* Experience in the travel and tourism industry.
* Knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
* Reporting and data analysis skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
