Job Requirements
- Ensure zero breakdown and maximum uptime of production and utility equipment through effective maintenance practices.
- Plan and execute Preventive and Predictive Maintenance activities in line with defined schedules and SLAs.
- Provide timely maintenance support to plant operations to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Monitor and ensure 100% machine availability and operational efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance schedules for all equipment and instruments.
- Plan and manage spares and consumables to maintain optimal inventory levels and budget control.
- Track and ensure timely renewal and compliance of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
- Develop cost-effective and quality-driven vendors for engineering and maintenance services.
- Implement small-scale automation initiatives and drive continuous improvement through Kaizen activities.
- Identify improvement opportunities in machines and execute innovation-driven projects.
- Coordinate end-to-end project execution activities, including planning, implementation, and monitoring.
- Explore and adopt new and emerging technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices across identified critical machines.
- Drive digitalization initiatives by implementing Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) solutions across equipment.
- Oversee installation and commissioning of new machines and equipment.
- Arrange and ensure proper operational and maintenance training for relevant teams.
- Plan and monitor calibration activities to ensure compliance with standards and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, work permit systems, and plant safety guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to statutory, legal, and environmental regulations related to utility functions.
- Promote and implement 5S and safety practices across the workplace.
- Identify and implement energy-saving initiatives through evaluation of operational processes and equipment.
- Optimize resource utilization to minimize waste and improve efficiency.

- TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Planning & Pillar wise Executions to improve PQCDSM.
- IIOT/Industry 4.0 knowledge & deployment with machines.
- Developed and implemented maintenance schedules for utility systems & reducing downtime.
Knowledge on below mentioned software is an added advantage:
1) MS Office (Mandatory)
