- Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance procedures to prevent equipment breakdowns.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians, mechanics, and external contractors.
- Budgeting & Inventory: Manage the department budget, approve invoices, and monitor inventory for necessary spare parts and tools.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA) to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Downtime Tracking: Conduct routine inspections, identify root causes of equipment failures, and optimize production efficiency
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
