Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeper at Hotel Maharani Private Limited located in Calicut. The Housekeeper will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, common areas, and facilities. Duties include performing daily cleaning routines, managing laundry tasks, replenishing supplies, and adhering to company hygiene standards. The role also involves ensuring a pleasant guest experience through excellent attention to detail and prompt, courteous service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in performing laundry-related tasks and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with guests and address their needs.
- Excellent organization skills to manage housekeeping schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to participate in training sessions to learn and implement best practices in housekeeping and hygiene.
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations is an advantage.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction and an inviting environment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or the hospitality industry is preferred but not required.
