Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP CO Consultant to support a large-scale global SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA Brownfield Migration project.
The role involves working across 120+ company codes/legal entities and multiple countries, with direct interaction with global business teams, overseas clients, and cross-functional SAP teams.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on SAP CO consulting experience, S/4HANA migration expertise, and proven experience working on global SAP implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute SAP CO activities for ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield implementation.
- Participate in requirement validation, process analysis, configuration, and solution design.
- Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration in an on-premise environment.
- Validate existing CO processes and align them with S/4HANA standards.
- Work with global business teams, overseas clients, and cross-functional SAP teams.
- Participate in workshops, design discussions, configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment.
- Identify process gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Drive assigned workstreams and ensure timely delivery.
- Provide technical and functional documentation and support stakeholder communication.
Mandatory Skills
- 10+ years of strong hands-on SAP CO consulting experience.
- Strong expertise in:
- Cost Center Accounting
- Profit Center Accounting
- Internal Orders
- Product Costing
- Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
- Month-End / Year-End Closing
- Strong integration experience with FI, MM, SD, and PP.
- Experience with third-party system integrations.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation/migration experience.
- Hands-on experience with ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield Migration.
- Experience working with multiple company codes, legal entities, and countries.
- Global rollout / global implementation experience.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP consulting companies or implementation partners.
- Experience working with global/overseas clients.
- Large enterprise SAP transformation experience.
- Strong workshop facilitation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage assigned workstreams.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. SAP certifications are preferred.
