Job Title: Accounts Executive

Reports To: Finance Manager / Accounts Manager
Job Summary
An Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily accounting activities, maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and financial transactions.
- Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure timely payment of vendors and collection of customer payments.
- Prepare and file tax returns, GST/VAT reports, and statutory compliance documents as required.
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor financial discrepancies and resolve accounting issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
