About the Role
We are hiring for our UK-based client for a result-oriented Purchasing Admin, supporting the department in Accounts Receivable and Rebate Management. This role focuses on assisting the Purchasing team, managing collections, reconciling SOAs, ensuring accurate and timely purchase rebate recovery, and supporting the team with ad hoc tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and target-driven with strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Purchasing team with day-to-day tasks and ad hoc requirements.
- Manage end-to-end collections and follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
- Prepare and reconcile Statements of Account (SOA) and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Track, calculate, and submit purchase rebate claims within deadlines.
- Assist in raising invoices when required and maintain accurate AR trackers and reports.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and reports for management.
Performance Expectations
- Reduce aging receivables (30/60/90+ days).
- Maintain high on-time claim submission and rebate recovery rates.
- Minimize reconciliation discrepancies
- Make sure the records are up to date
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collections, or Rebate Management are encouraged to apply.
- Strong Excel and reconciliation skills.
- Confident communicator with strong negotiation and follow-up abilities.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and performance-focused.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- Alternate Saturdays working
- UK Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST
