Business Development Executive
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 1–2 Years
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate new membership and acquire new customers.
- Generate business for Gold Loan, Property Loan and other loan products.
- Handle customer enquiries, loan follow-ups and required documentation.
- Support recovery-related activities and follow up with overdue customers.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve assigned business and recovery targets.
- Maintain daily work records and submit reports to the Branch Manager.
Required Skills: Good communication, customer handling, sales, follow-up, basic computer/Excel knowledge and target-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
