Role Summary
CoTrav is looking for motivated individuals to join our Operations team. The role involves managing travel-related requests, coordinating with vendors and internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery of services to corporate clients. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates at the beginning of their professional journey who are interested in operations, coordination, and customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage travel requests received from corporate clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, cab operators, and other service providers to arrange bookings and services.
- Ensure all reservations and service requests are completed accurately and within the required timelines.
- Maintain and update operational records, booking details, and customer information in company systems.
- Communicate with customers regarding travel plans, booking status, amendments, and cancellations.
- Resolve routine operational issues and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
- Support vendor coordination activities and assist in maintaining service quality standards.
- Verify booking details, invoices, and related documentation for accuracy.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
- Follow company policies, operational procedures, and service-level commitments.

- Good spoken and written English skills.
