Job Summary
Grand Hypermarket is seeking dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executives to manage route sales operations and strengthen market presence across assigned territories. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage route sales activities within the assigned territory.
- Ensure effective market coverage and customer visits as per the sales plan.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and collection objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely reporting of sales activities and market feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Eligibility Criteria
- Plus Two (Higher Secondary) as the minimum qualification.
- Prior experience in FMCG, Retail Sales, Route Sales, or Field Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving license is mandatory.
