Levenus is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and well-connected HR Manager. The ideal candidate should possess strong recruitment capabilities, leadership skills, and an established professional network capable of attracting and building high-performing Sales & Marketing teams for residential and commercial construction projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete HR function for the construction Division.
- Recruit, onboard, and retain Sales Managers, Team Leaders, Telecallers, Channel Partners, Marketing Executives, and other real estate professionals.
- Utilize personal industry contacts and professional networks to build strong Sales & Marketing teams within defined timelines.
- Develop recruitment strategies to ensure continuous manpower availability.
- Design and implement employee engagement, performance management, and retention programs.
- Establish HR policies, SOPs, and disciplinary systems.
- Coordinate with management regarding manpower planning and organizational development.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Build a performance-driven and accountability-focused work culture.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience in HR Management.
- Prior experience in Real Estate, Property Sales, Construction, Infrastructure, or related industries preferred.
- Proven track record of hiring and building successful Sales & Marketing teams.
- Strong professional network within the real estate industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under targets and deliver recruitment results.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
