We are seeking an experienced and passionate Corporate Chef to oversee culinary operations, maintain high-quality food standards, and support the development of innovative menus across our hospitality operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, extensive culinary expertise, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards.
- Develop, standardize, and implement menus across all assigned outlets and operations.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, and taste in line with luxury hospitality standards.
- Monitor kitchen operations, food safety, hygiene, and compliance with company policies.
- Train, mentor, and supervise kitchen teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Manage food costs, inventory control, and vendor relationships.
- Introduce new culinary trends, recipes, and best practices to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular quality audits and performance reviews of kitchen operations.
- Collaborate with management to achieve business and operational objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (BHM) or a related hospitality qualification.
- Proven experience as a Corporate Chef, Executive Chef, or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards and guest service excellence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with no Mother Tongue Influence (MTI).
- Strong leadership, team management, and training abilities.
- Thorough knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen management practices.
