Roles and Responsibilities:
• Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of all three office floors to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Coordinate maintenance activities, including air conditioners, water purifiers, flooring, washrooms, plumbing, electrical systems, and other office infrastructure.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, travel, and accommodation arrangements for Directors and senior management.
• Manage courier dispatches and incoming/outgoing correspondence as required.
• Maintain office inventory, including stationery, pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, etc.), and other administrative consumables, ensuring timely replenishment.
• Monitor and coordinate utility services, including DG Set, UPS, electricity (EB), water supply, internet, and telephone services, ensuring uninterrupted operations.
• Coordinate the timely renewal of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs), service agreements, insurance policies, and other administrative contracts.
• Obtain quotations, prepare comparative statements, negotiate with vendors, and finalize purchases in accordance with company policies.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for the maintenance and servicing of office assets and AMC-covered equipment.
• Supervise housekeeping staff at both the corporate office and the Managing Director's residence, along with cooks, drivers, gardeners, and other domestic staff at the residence.
• Maintain accurate records of company assets, including laptops, desktops, mobile phones, furniture, office equipment, and other fixed assets.
• Conduct periodic physical verification of assets and update the asset register regularly.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
• Monitor office security systems, visitor management procedures, access control, and CCTV operations.
• Ensure cleanliness and preventive maintenance of both the corporate office and the Managing Director's residence, including coordinating the cleaning of solar panels once every fortnight.
• Coordinate repair and maintenance work for office and residential facilities, ensuring timely completion and minimal disruption.
• Coordinate personal appointments, deliveries, household services, and other administrative requirements for the Managing Director's family as assigned.
• Prepare and present periodic administrative reports, maintenance reports, asset reports, vendor performance reports, and cost summaries to the management.
• Maintain confidentiality while handling company information and the Managing Director's personal and residential matters.
• Perform any other administrative responsibilities assigned by the Managing Director or Management from time to time.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
