Role Overview
We are looking for a Travel Sales Intern who can communicate with potential customers, explain tour packages, and assist in converting inquiries into bookings. This is a work-from-home opportunity suitable for candidates who are interested in the travel industry and want to gain real sales experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential customers.
- Explain tour packages and travel itineraries to clients.
- Assist customers with package details, pricing, and booking procedures.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Maintain customer records and update lead status.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good client relationships.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic knowledge of travel destinations and tour packages.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over phone calls.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.
- Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
Technical Requirements
- Must have a Laptop / Computer.
- Stable and good internet connection.
- Basic knowledge of using Google Sheets, WhatsApp, CRM, and email.
