Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and mail.
- Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and refreshments.
- Assist in travel bookings and hotel reservations, if required.
- Maintain office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Support HR and Admin with documentation and other administrative tasks.
- Handle basic data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
- Ensure proper communication between departments.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
