Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to join our growing financial markets team. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in customer acquisition, relationship management, and financial product advisory, with the ability to drive business growth and build long-term client relationships.
This role requires professionals with a solid understanding of capital markets, investment products, and client servicing.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new clients for financial market products and investment services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with HNI, retail, and corporate clients
- Generate revenue through client acquisition and cross-selling of financial products
- Understand client investment needs and provide suitable market solutions
- Drive business development through lead generation and networking
- Ensure high-quality client servicing and relationship retention
- Stay updated with market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory guidelines
- Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Finance (Mandatory)
- NISM Series 7 & 8 Certification (Mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business, or related field
Experience
- 2–3 years of proven experience in customer acquisition within financial markets
- Prior experience in stock broking, wealth management, investment advisory, or capital markets preferred
- Strong understanding of equities, mutual funds, and other investment products

Salary
