Job Title: Videographer and Photography Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing and Deliverables
- Deliver high-quality short-form videos per working day, including but not limited to Reels, advertisements, behind-the-scenes (BTS), montages, and promotional clips.
- Ensure adherence to storytelling principles, proper pacing, transitions, and inclusion of subtitles when required.
- Apply suitable graphics, overlays, licensed or royalty-free B-roll footage, and soundtracks.
- Maintain minimal revision cycles by delivering accurate and purpose-driven edits from the first cut.
- Each deliverable must show tangible impact in terms of audience engagement, brand positioning, or campaign effectiveness.
2. Shooting, Photography, and On-Ground Execution
- Execute shoots using smartphones, gimbals, and DSLR/mirrorless cameras, leveraging both natural and artificial lighting.
- Demonstrate basic understanding of photography, including framing, lighting, exposure, and composition.
- Confidently handle stabilizing equipment such as gimbals during product, event, and lifestyle shoots.
- Take independent responsibility for shoot planning, coordination, execution, and footage handling.
- Ensure aesthetically sound and edit-ready footage is captured and submitted on schedule.
3. Creative Direction and Ideation
- Actively contribute in weekly creative meetings with fresh ideas, trends, and content suggestions.
- Recommend and test new editing styles, transitions, sound design, and social media formats.
- Willingly take on additional creative tasks when required due to campaign demands or time-sensitive projects.
4. Tool Usage and AI Integration
- Edit using Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Adobe After Effects (basic), and other approved software.
- Apply AI-based tools such as Runway, Pictory, Adobe AI, or Autocut to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Use automation or AI-driven solutions where possible to reduce manual effort and repetitive tasks.
- Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras with confidence, understanding ISO, aperture, shutter speed, white balance, and basic video profiles.
5. Learning and Growth
- Engage in a minimum of one structured learning activity per month (course, workshop, or tutorial).
- Apply at least one new technique or learning outcome to live projects on a weekly basis.
- Stay updated with the latest visual trends, platform-specific content formats, and emerging tech in video and content creation.
6. Project Organization and Workflow Efficiency
- Maintain clean, well-structured project folders and standardized naming conventions for seamless collaboration.
- Export all final deliverables with appropriate thumbnails or cover visuals as required.
- Ensure deliverables are reviewed, approved, and submitted on or before agreed timelines.
- Reduce dependency on management for follow-ups, approvals, or minor clarifications.
7. Professional Discipline and Output Ownership
- Avoid time wastage, distractions, and project delays.
- Maintain minimum daily/weekly output standards consistently.
- Be proactive in taking additional tasks or stretch targets when project priorities require it.
- Take full ownership of each task’s effectiveness, not just its completion.
