Job Summary
DES-TECH ACADEMY is a leading training institute offering short-term professional courses in HVAC, MEP, IT Networking, Health Safety Environment (HSE), and Warehouse Management through both offline and online modes.
We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Admission Counselor to guide prospective students, handle inquiries, and support the admission process. The role involves active communication with leads and converting them into successful enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls (tele-calling) to prospective students
- Provide detailed information about courses, career prospects, and training programs
- Counsel students and parents to help them choose suitable courses
- Follow up on inquiries and convert leads into admissions
- Maintain and update student databases and lead records
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
- Support both online and offline admission processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Any Graduate or Diploma Holder
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in admission counseling / education sales / tele-calling or related field
- Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools is an advantage)
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Compensation & Benefits
