Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and experienced MIG Welder to join our fabrication team. The candidate will be responsible for welding and assembling metal components as per engineering drawings and quality standards. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fabrication work and be able to operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MIG welding on mild steel, structural steel, and fabricated components.
- Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
- Prepare, align, and fit metal parts before welding.
- Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and quality compliance.
- Operate welding machines, grinders, cutting tools, and fabrication equipment.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Collaborate with fabrication and production teams to meet project deadlines.
- Follow company safety procedures and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in MIG welding and fabrication.
- Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of welding safety practices and quality standards.
- Experience in structural steel fabrication, PEB structures, or industrial fabrication is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship.
