Key Responsibilities:

Strategize and execute marketing and business ops

Plan and run diverse campaigns and events (conferences, music shows, activations, etc.)

Curate IPs, onboard partners, speakers, vendors

Handle event logistics, crisis management, costing, permissions

Coordinate across internal teams and external agencies

Maintain process integrity and manage P&L
