Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems in retail showrooms.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring, switches, sockets, MCBs, DB panels, lighting fixtures, and power systems.
- Ensure proper functioning of showroom lighting, display lights, signboards, UPS, generators, and emergency lighting.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical faults with minimal downtime.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential electrical hazards.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for major electrical works.
- Maintain electrical maintenance records, service reports, and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and company policies.
- Support showroom setup, renovation, and new showroom openings.
- Attend emergency electrical breakdowns whenever required.
Required Qualifications:
- ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Valid Electrical License will be an added advantage.
- 2–5 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
- Experience in retail showrooms, commercial buildings, malls, or hospitality industry is preferred.
